My second training week

This month I’m focused on running four times per week. It’s tough this week because of the cold weather, dark mornings and an early work schedule. Basically, this means I have to run alone. But I am afraid to run in dark by myself, especially at 5am. I did it last week (at 7am) and felt really nervous for the first 2 miles. So this week, I will be taking to the treadmill for a few runs. Today was my first one and I made 3 miles, albeit slower than normal. It’s so boring to run on a treadmill. I found a running playlist on Apple Music and just let it surprise me. This helped me stick with it today. I took this picture after my treadmill run because I felt exhausted and sweaty. I felt accomplished but I’m not looking forward to my next treadmill run :/
