This month I’m focused on running four times per week. It’s tough this week because of the cold weather, dark mornings and an early work schedule. Basically, this means I have to run alone. But I am afraid to run in dark by myself, especially at 5am. I did it last week (at 7am) and felt really nervous for the first 2 miles. So this week, I will be taking to the treadmill for a few runs. Today was my first one and I made 3 miles, albeit slower than normal. It’s so boring to run on a treadmill. I found a running playlist on Apple Music and just let it surprise me. This helped me stick with it today. I took this picture after my treadmill run because I felt exhausted and sweaty. I felt accomplished but I’m not looking forward to my next treadmill run
