The week after 14

I really tried to be good this week. Lots of water, following my run schedule (3,3,3), and eating more protein. This weekend I only have 6 to run but next week it’s 4,3,4,16. I want to prove to myself that I will feel better if I take better care in advance. Let’s see how it works out 🙂

By the way, taking better care in advance is still hard work. Sometimes I see these fitness people bragging about how much energy and motivation they have for their workouts 🙄. They must be better than me because I struggled all week to do what I had to do. I’m proud that I stuck with it but I can’t brag that it was easy or, that I’m so happy about it. I keep telling myself “this is 40…” and somehow, that gets me out the door 4️⃣0️⃣
