I won’t bore you with the steps today. All I’ll say is that I snoozed my alarm for my 6am Weights Zoom call. I still woke up an hour later and got it in.
So, what does this show? Accountability did not help me today. What did? Imagining my muscles when I was done definitely helped. And maybe consistency made it a little easier? I made it the whole week. Why would I stop now? I’ll definitely have to pay attention to see if consistency should be included somewhere in the process 😉
I try to be a runner. It's not easy for me like it seems for some of the runners I read about. I have to work hard to keep focused. I decided to run a marathon to ring in 40 years this November. I am writing this blog to document my marathon training. I’m married, work full time and am the mother of an almost 6 year old. I’m busy, tired and happy. I live in Dearborn Heights, MI.
