Slow week

I can’t stress enough how important running friends are in order to get you out of the house. My schedule this week was: Yoga, run, weights, run, run, rest, run. It’s cold again so for my first 2 runs at 5am the ONLY reason I got out of bed was because I was meeting these ladies to run. I’m very lucky and will start looking for a second run group to do my long run training with. I believe that if I was in this alone, it’d be next to impossible.
